Why Chrome Is Beautiful
2 09 2008I have few qualms with Firefox. It is a great browser, and Ubiquity, launched just a few days ago, is a life-changing addition to that.
However, Chrome is a life-changing browser for a different reason: what’s underneath. What the end user doesn’t see working. It’s as if a team of people completely redesigned and improved the way a car is powered - its engine, its fuel source, everything about how the car physically runs - but then put it in a casing that looks like a normal car, so that anybody would understand how to use it. That’s what Google Chrome is.
